Decorations

Our Wedding packages include standard length white linen table cloths, linen napkins, mirror tiles and 12” glass hurricane globes for centerpieces, white table skirting for head table and cake table. Any candles used must be contained. Anything being attached to walls, ceiling, woodwork, tables or chairs must be approved in advance. We do not allow glitter, confetti or silly string. Your reception room will be ready by noon the day of your event for decorating and any outside vendors (band, dj, etc) to set-up.

 
Food

No food of any kind, with the exception of your Wedding Cake, is permitted to be brought into the hotel. Our Executive Chef will be happy to work with you to create a custom menu if requested to accommadate special needs. It is necessary that detailed arrangements be confirmed no later than two weeks prior to your event. A final guarantee is required three days prior to your event. All food and beverage are subject to 18% gratuity.

 
Alcohol

No alcohol is permitted to be brought into the hotel. When scheduling a banquet bar, we implement a $50 per bar set-up fee. When special requests are honored for liquor, beer or wine items not carried in regular stock, the guest is responsible for the total purchased amount. We require proper identification of any person consuming alcoholic beverages. The hotel will terminate liquor services if minors are consuming alcohol.

 
Sleeping Rooms

*Our wedding packages include a complimentary Suite with your choose of a bottle of wine, champagne or sparkling cider for your wedding night. Arrangements can be made for sleeping rooms at discounted rates for your family, wedding party and out-of-town guests; based on availability. Standard check-in time is 3:00pm; check-out time is 11:00am.

 
Payment Policies
Upon receipt of signed contract 50% of total wedding package or booking is due. We require the additional 50% no later than two weeks prior to event. Final guarantee is due three days prior with any additional payments.
